    Australia Post are incapable of actually delivering anything unless it's unsolicited junk mail. "Attempted delivery" when I was 3m away from the front door at the time. Yeah sure.

    Lady scoffed at us for asking a question and loudly shamed us in front of the other customers in the store. Didn't explain anything about our situation (lost mail). We just wanted a point in the right direction.
