    Great customer service team here. Even though not all problems can be solved, they put in a mighty effort and are lovey to deal with. Honourable mentions to Susan, Ash and Emma!

    Atrocious customer service. Called 7 times before someone answered the phone. Handed in forms for a change over and the staff never bothered to fax them through to Head office. 2 months later and they are telling me I have to refill new forms and do it all again!!! Also looks like all the positive reviews here are staff members. Unbelievable!!!

    The guy's at Optus Stafford are the friendliest I have encountered at any phone store. Also they were able to set me up with the full package, home broadband mobile and a new samsung tablet. What I liked is the staff member Emma spent time showing me how to use the phone and tab rather than rushing me out. I'll be back again. Cheers!
