  Love this store. So much diversity in stock and really great prices. Been shopping both online and in store for a year now. Friendly, helpful staff who are always affectionate towards my dogs.

  They staff here are lovely. Very willing to help out and offer any advice for any questions you may have. They helped fit our pup up with his harness and collar so it fit perfectly. They assisted with picking out the best food recommended for him. Definitely be returning as a regular customer.

  I just want to say a massive thank you to the lovely young lady that found and returned my purse yesterday at closing time . She took the time to contact me and even waited after closing time so I could come and pick my wallet up Every time I've been to My Pet warehouse in Stafford this young lady has surved me and she is the most helpful girl Her product knowledge is fantastic and always with a smile

  Excellent friendly service. The Gentle Leaders were personally adjusted to fit each of our 2 dogs. You don't get that on the internet.
