  We then went to the garden center and spent ages looking for cat grass. We finally found it in a pack in the middle of a bunch of herbs, with no price. We asked two staff members how much it was, one had no idea but called out to another, who said it was "between $6 and $8...maybe just under $7. Probably about $7.66"... she could have checked at the register, as we were quite close, but she didn't bother. She sounded bored and uninterested, and bent down to tie her shoelace while looking away, basically giving us the signal to p*ss off.

  The store is huge and full of options for all type of needs and tastes. They were actually the only store with stock of a very specific product that I was after. The cream of the top are the staff. Very helpful and always happy to answer questions. They all were absolutely lovely.

  Bunnings Warehouse Stafford is very similar to the other Bunnings Warehouses. It has large parking lot, with dedicated parking for the disabled and a special area for those who arrive with a trailer. The store is huge so one has to walk a lot to pick up odds and ends from different sections of the store. This location offers DIY activities.

  Minimal pricing, minimal signage and very unhelpful staff. We asked one staff member where AstroTurf was and she walked us to an aisle, then pointed to the front and said it should be somewhere up there. It wasn't in that area at all, we wandered around looking for it.

  Pretty annoyed now, but still wanting the grass, we decided to look for some plastic pots for the cat grass, but couldn't see any anywhere. There was one small stack with some plastic saucers, but no prices at all. We wandered around but couldn't see any staff, apart from the lady from earlier, who was sitting down at a table.

  After wandering around, looking all through the outdoor area, we had had enough and left the items behind. As we went inside, was saw plastic pots at the register. Why were they not outside? I understand they were on special, but why not put them on display in the garden as well, where most people would search for them? This makes no sense to me.

  Overall, we had an awful experience. The staff were very unhelpful and lazy, the store was an absolute mess, especially garden, and there was no signs or pricing anywhere. Thoroughly unimpressed and will not be back. I can't believe Masters closed down and these useless stores are still open. Outrageous.

  Great place to be able to purchase anything in quick time. Staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to assist. Plenty of adequate parking available for everyone concerned. Disability parking is also available. Garden section is one of the best available at Bunnings locations.

  This is one of the larger, better Bunnings stores in Brisbane. There is a big garden section which is always well stocked. Like all Bunnings stores, most of their products are cheap and crappy. You get what you pay for.
