it is like a Ghost town walking into this store there is no staff to help you and that's why there is hardly and customers I will say some of the staff are willing to help but there are not many there are alot of unhappy staff aswell they are always grumpy and unapproachable

The staff are wonderful and pleasant. I have never found staff unpleasant in the 20+ years I have been shopping at big w at stafford. However, the past six months I have been given 110% from a young girl, Sharni. In the photo developing department. Sharni has gone above and beyond for myself, with many photos and spending a countless amount of time helping me.
